Orders + Shipping

All Orders typically ship within one business day. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing an order. You will receive a second email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed and is on its way to the carrier. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us and we will confirm and resend.

US Domestic Shipping. All US domestic orders have the option of Free 2–5 day shipping or for an extra charge you can select expedited shipping to receive your order within 2–3 days. All ship times are dependent on location and carrier limits but we do our best to get your order out to the carrier ASAP. All orders ship from Houston, TX.

International Shipping. Countries outside of the US will be delivered by USPS International First Class mail and may require additional import fees paid to local carriers at the time of delivery. Ship times vary by region but we do our best to get your order out to the carrier ASAP (Deja vu). If you would like to setup an international order with faster ship times, please contact us with your delivery address to request custom shipping quotes.


RETURNS

If you’ve contacted us to troubleshoot your installation and it simply isn’t a good fit for your display needs, we offer full refunds on orders that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is undamaged (not including the screw/anchor combo)

  • The purchase was made within 60 days

  • The individual requesting the refund is the same individual named on the purchase receipt

Please contact us to set up a return and once item(s) are returned, you will receive a confirmation email of your refund details. Refunds are processed within 72 hours upon receiving returns. Please note, some banks take up to five additional business days for the transaction credit to appear on your statement.
